Ranthambore National Park: A Quick Travelogue

Last year we planned for Ranthambore National Park tour with my colleague and contacted to XperTravels (now a day known as GTI Travels PVt. Ltd). We are thankful to the dedicated team of them, helped us a lot to make our tour memorable. When we were planning for the tour little bit in suspense about the adventure and thriller but after visiting there found that the park is somewhat superior then Jim Corbett National Park. The Ranthambore Park has more possibility of encounter tiger. While one hand Jim Corbett Park is dense forest on the other hand Ranthambore National Park is deserted.
We started our journey to Ranthambore National Park on 5th of April 2011 form Delhi. The agency already booked train ticket for us. As we reached to Delhi railway station their escort will greet us and handover the ticket with some instructions and information of further tour. As according to that escort when we reach Sawai Madhopur railway station they will again assist us till out tour end. But in the whole journey between Delhi to Sawai Madhopur we all were get confused how can they identity us and whether to not they will. Later the train reached Sawai Madhopur and as we get out to the station, suppressed, their escort again identified us and took us to the resort. At night he guided about the park and also gave many information about the local culture. We enjoyed many fun activities at night and next early gone for Canter Safari In Ranthambore. The safari is of 3 hours which start at 6:30 morning and end at 9:30. We are one among those lucky travellers who encounter tiger, we seen crocodile, dear, money, snake, and 2 tigers. But we are also unfortunate cannot enjoy the adventure of the national park any more as we have shortage of time and had to return with all those memories.
